Enrollment opens for the following school year in mid February. All new students are enrolled on a first come first served basis.   Enrollment continues throughout the school year if spaces are available. A child is enrolled  for one school year (Sept- June or Aug.) upon receipt of an enrollment form which also acts as a parent contract, and a registration fee.  This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Immunization and field trip permission/emergency release forms must be on file by the first day of attendance in order for your child to stay.

You may print enrollment and field trip forms to bring with you, or pick one up at the school. The plan (A,B,C,D or E), exact hours and monthy costs must be indicated on the enrollment form. Please refer to the fee schedule for this information.  You will need to get a copy of your child's  immunization record from his/her physician.   This information will need to be transfered to an official form provided by the health dept.
